Returns & Exchanges
You *MUST* notify us via email *(email@example.com)* within 7 days of receipt and items must be received within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS and return shipping paid by BUYER. Redeemed Shoppe reward points will only be refunded as Shoppe credit only. There is no cash value for Shoppe Reward Points. Free shipping reward redemptions are not refundable and will not be credited as cash or to be used for future purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all applicable tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It MUST be included in the package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Credit for Items (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved for a refund due to our error or manufacturer defect, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or credited.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Shoppe with Shawn LLC, 988 Westwind Trace, Hinckley OH 44233, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please know that once shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number. When packages are given to USPS they are property of USPS and we have no control on shipping times (unless express delivery had been paid for) and we are no longer responsible for said package. If your package is late or missing it is customer responsibility to fill out the "MISSING MAIL" form with USPS which can be found here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm . Once mail is "DELIVERED" via USPS we are not responsible. You may opt to "SIGN FOR DELIVERY", please let us know via email firstname.lastname@example.org once your order is processed. Priority packages include $100 insurance while in transit.
Preloved Authentic Designer Goods (including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Burberry)
All sales are final sale. If you should not like your item once you receive it we would be happy to help you find something else with the amount spent on the first item. It is our goal for you to love your items!
Exchanges: Preloved designer goods can be exchanged within the first 7 days of receiving your item. The items that you wish to exchange must have the certificate of authenticity, in the same condition as it was when you received it and returned in the original packaging including any items that were included with the sale. Shoppe has the right to refuse exchanges if the product is not the same. We have a 0% tolerance policy for unauthentic items! There will be a $25 restocking fee in order to get the item reauthenticated.
